Shipping policy

We're so excited to get your order to you! Please read below for important information about our shipping process, especially during our launch month.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Launch Notice:
Due to order volume in the holiday season, orders placed in the month of December may have a processing time of 5–10 business days. Thank you for your patience while we fulfill everything with care.

Shipping Details

We currently ship within the United States only using USPS, Fedex, DHL or UPS.

Standard 2–5 business days

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed, but we’re happy to help you file a claim or investigate.

Entered the wrong shipping info? Email us at [contact@reulabs.com] as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, we can’t make any changes.
